A fun outing on daddy's birthday

After we picked up James at daycare on nice sunny afternoon, 

we drove to a very popular High Park on west Toronto.

While we were walking around, BooBoo discovered something.

ある晴れた午後、ジェームスをディケアからピックアップして

とても人気のあるハイパークへ行く事にしました。

歩き回っている時にジェームスが発見したものは。。。

”Look, mommy, daddy!!"
”マミ〜、ダディー、見て！

This playground is so different from the ones we usually stop by in our neighbourhood.

この公園普段行くうちの近所の公園とは大違い。

So many tubes and tunnels to explore. 


滑り台やトンネルが沢山あります。

This tube spiral slide was BooBoo's favourite.  


このチューブ式の滑り台がジェームスの一番のお気に入り。

Daddy enjoyed this slide, too.  :)


ダディーも楽しみました。

After spending good few hours, we finally managed to go visit THE next spot....


この公園で数時間過ごした後、なんとか次の目的地へ。。。

This was our propose to visit High Park, very famouse Cherry Blossoms!


ハイパークへ来た本当の目的はこの桜でした。

I've heard a lot about the blossoms over the years but never got a chance to visit during

short blossoms season.

The petals were so beautiful and we were glad to make it before expected long rainy days .

It was great to see many people enjoyed hanging out and taking photos.

A friend of mind told me that there was a long cue on the road to enter High Park 

on the past weekend.

随分と前からこの桜の事は聞いていたのですが、すぐに終わってしまう桜のシーズンに来た事が

ありませんでした。雨の予報と聞いて桜が見れそうなのはこの日が最後になりそうというわけで

やってきたのですが、桜はとってもきれいで楽しかったです。

ぶらぶらしたり、写真を撮っている人が

沢山いました。週末はハイパークの入り口に車の列が出来て中に入るのも大変だったようです。

After our fun outing, 

BooBoo helped me to place birthday presents for daddy at home.

楽しかったハイパークから家に戻り、ジェームスはダディの誕生日プレゼントを

ならべる手伝いをしてくれました。

He even sang 'happy birthday...'!


”ハッピーバースディ”も歌える事が出来ました。
